Madalasa by Saurabh is a contemporary Indian artist whose practice grew from childhood memories and early painting lessons from his mother, blending "rustic calm and city rhythm" in his work. He holds a Master's in Creative Painting from MIT-ADT University (2021–22) and a diploma from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalay, Pune. Working chiefly in acrylic on canvas and watercolor, his paintings are marked by wide-eyed, childlike figures, nostalgic imagery of old lanes and everyday objects, and intricately rendered traditional nose ornaments (naths), all rooted in cultural and mythological themes. Notable pieces include Gadbad, The Mango Club, The Keeper of Little Things, and watercolors like ShivPriya, Dhanalakshmi, Harirang, Holi, and Prem.
